Working Student - Marketplace (m/f/x)

Your Tasks:
You will support the team in the day-to-day operations of our marketplace business, ensuring that products are correctly listed, data quality is maintained, and operational processes run smoothly.

Your responsibilities may include:

Marketplace Operations

• Supporting the daily operations and growth of our marketplace channels (Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, etc.)

• Monitoring listing errors, catalog issues, and operational alerts

• Supporting the resolution of product or order-related issues

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of major sales events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, seasonal campaigns)

• Working closely with other teams such as Marketing, Pricing and Customer Service to ensure smooth marketplace operations

Catalog & Listing Management

• Creating and updating product listings (titles, attributes, images, bullet points)

• Ensuring listing quality and completeness across marketplaces

• Preparing and validating product data for bulk uploads

• Checking category mappings, attributes, and marketplace requirements

• Identifying and correcting product data inconsistencies

Performance & Analysis Support

• Assisting with basic analysis of marketplace performance (sales, conversion, margin)

• Supporting reporting tasks and identifying potential improvement opportunities

• Helping prepare data for internal analysis and reporting

Advertising & Growth Support

• Supporting marketplace advertising activities (e.g. Amazon Ads)

• Helping with keyword research and campaign monitoring

Your Profile:
• Enrolled student in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces

• Structured working style with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets

• Analytical mindset and curiosity to understand marketplace performance

• Basic knowledge of SQL or Google BigQuery (GBQ) is a plus

• Very good English skills (German is a plus)
