Your mission:
As a Working Student or Mandatory Intern in Office Management & Reception (m/f/d), you are the friendly face and organizational backbone of our office. You create a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues, clients and visitors alike, while keeping our day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
At the intersection of event organization, office management and front desk operations, you play a key role in shaping the experience of everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you are coordinating an internal event, managing incoming requests or supporting the team with administrative tasks – your contribution is visible and valued every single day.
Your tasks
Reception & Front Desk• Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients and colleagues at the reception
• Managing incoming calls, emails and general inquiries and directing them to the right contacts
• Ensuring the reception area is well-organized and presentable at all times
Event Organization• Planning, coordinating and executing internal and external events
• Managing logistics including venue setup, catering, invitations and follow-up
• Supporting the team in the preparation and wrap-up of meetings and company events
Office Management Support• Supporting the Office Management team in day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assisting with office supplies management, vendor coordination and general facilities requests
• Contributing to a well-functioning and pleasant office environment

Your qualifications• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, Communications or a related field
• First practical experience in office management, reception, event coordination or a similar role is a plus – but not a must
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A friendly, professional demeanor and genuine enjoyment of working with people
Availability• Working Students: Ideally available five days a week, preferably from midday / early afternoon onwards
• Mandatory Interns: We offer mandatory internships with a duration of 6 months
• We are flexible and happy to find an arrangement that works around your study schedule
Language skills• Very good command of German, both written and spoken
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
