Your responsibilities::
With us, you take on a key role in the implementation of our company-wide AI project and gain comprehensive insights into the strategic integration of AI:
• AI Project Support: Actively support the project team in the operational execution of the defined AI strategy and identified AI use cases.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a crucial interface and assist in communication and coordination with our internal AI key users, our parent company Siemens, and the management to ensure smooth information flow and successful project implementation.
• Market & Technology Analysis: Continuously observe and analyze current AI trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our projects at the cutting edge.
• Data Management: Support the preparation and analysis of data as the foundation for the development and implementation of AI models.
• Communication Materials: Prepare presentations, decision templates, and reports for management and other stakeholders regarding the progress of AI projects.
• Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain an internal knowledge base on AI-related topics and project results.
• Idea Contributor: Proactively bring in your own ideas to optimize implementation processes and further leverage AI.

Your qualifications::
• Studies: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, quick grasp of information, and a solid understanding of complex relationships.
• Initial Experience: Ideally some initial experience (internships, working student positions, projects) in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analysis, or IT Project Management.
• Communication Strength: Enthusiastic about delving into new, complex topics and presenting results in an understandable manner.
• Work Approach: Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.
• Interest: High interest in Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in an innovative environment.
• Software Proficiency: Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Optional: Knowledge of Slack & Confluence.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and very good English language proficiency.
