Your mission:
Want to be part of shaping how Europe learns about AI? Join our Instructional Design team and help us make AI education accessible and impactful! As a Working Student, you'll support us in creating and scaling educational programs that empower professionals across industries to navigate the AI landscape. This is your chance to dive into the world of e-learning, work with cutting-edge tools, and contribute to something that truly matters – all while building skills that will set you apart in your career.

Your tasks will include:
• Supporting our Instructional Designers in updating and translating content using tools like Articulate, Moodle, and Area9
• Assisting in uploading learning materials and content to our LMS platforms (Moodle and Area9)
• Helping to improve and scale our educational offerings to reach more learners
• Collaborating in standardizing our programs to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences
• Contributing ideas and feedback to make our content even better

Your profile:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Genuine interest in education, e-learning, and how people learn – first experience in instructional design or educational projects is a plus
• Excited to learn new tools and platforms (like Moodle or Area9) and not afraid to experiment
• A team player with strong communication skills who can organize tasks independently
• Fluent in both German and English
