Your mission:
AI transformation doesn't happen by itself; it takes curious people who help make it real. As a Working Student (m/f/x) in our AI Change & Enablement team, you'll be part of a team that sits at the intersection of learning & development, strategic change, communication, and hands-on project work. We help organizations adopt AI meaningfully: by building understanding through training, supporting change processes, and turning complex AI into a useful tool for employees at major enterprises.
Your role is varied and grounded. You support the operative work that keeps projects moving and makes the team more effective: Support ongoing initiatives across research, content, and training creation, while bringing your own AI curiosity and a genuine drive to use modern tools in everything you do. Your tasks will include:

• Project assistance: Take on clearly scoped tasks within larger projects, from structuring information and preparing slide content to tracking open items and following up on next steps
• Content support: Help develop and refine materials such as training content, briefings, summaries, workshop inputs, and internal documentation
• Research & analysis: Gather and synthesize information on AI adoption trends, change management approaches, and enablement best practices to feed into team projects and client work
• Tooling & process support: Help the team work smarter by exploring and testing AI tools, contributing to internal workflows, and thinking along on how agentic approaches could take repetitive tasks off our plate
• Stakeholder communication: Support the preparation of materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and quality

Your profile:
• You are currently enrolled in a Master program in AI, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field, with experience in training or content development
• Knowledge and understanding of AI - either technical or in business paired with strong research skills to explore AI-related topics, skills and resources
• Confident in preparing high quality presentations using PowerPoint and using AI tools in your daily work, not just knowing they exist, but building them into how you operate 
• A plus: Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented: you take ownership of tasks, follow through, and communicate proactively when things are unclear
• Written and spoken fluency in German and English
