About the role:
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Recruiting Operations, you will support the execution and continuous improvement of our recruiting processes in a dynamic, international environment. Working closely with recruiters and hiring teams, you will contribute to making talent acquisition an impactful function that supports our continued growth.
Your Responsibilities:
• Recruiting Support: Support the day-to-day execution of recruiting processes across multiple open roles and stakeholder groups.
• Candidate Experience: Contribute to clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Job Operations: Support the publication and maintenance of job advertisements and related hiring materials across relevant channels.
• Process Quality: Help maintain accurate documentation, structured workflows, and reliable process execution across the recruiting lifecycle.
• System Maintenance: Keep candidate and requisition data up to date across recruiting systems and shared working tools.
• Pipeline Research: Assist with talent research, market mapping, and selected sourcing support for priority hiring topics.
Essential Skills:
• Current Studies: You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in business, psychology, social sciences, HR, communications, or a related field.
• Coordination Ability: You can manage multiple parallel tasks reliably and maintain a high level of organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: You are able to communicate clearly and professionally in English and Germany, especially in written coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Tool Fluency: You are comfortable working with common digital tools such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, and shared documents, and can learn new systems quickly.
Beneficial Skills:
• Recruiting Exposure: You have first experience in recruiting, coordination, office operations, university support, customer-facing administration, or another process-heavy environment.
• Sourcing Interest: You are interested in talent sourcing, candidate research, or market mapping, especially in technical or engineering hiring contexts.
• ATS Familiarity: You have prior exposure to applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, or spreadsheet-based workflow tracking.
