Why we are looking for support:
Our Architecture Management team is growing and managing multiple initiatives in parallel. To stay aligned, meet deadlines, and keep operations running smoothly, we are looking for a Working Student who supports coordination, structure, and day-to-day execution.
In this role, you will work closely with the Architecture leadership team, helping track tasks, prepare materials, and ensure follow-ups are completed, enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities.
Your tasks:
Project and Initiative Coordination • Track Tasks (centralized dashboard)
• Support Materials (confidential documents, presentation, reports)
• Research (concise, actionable briefs)
Executive Administration Support• Meeting Management (complex calendars, scheduling)
• Documentation (capture high-level decisions, action items)
• Communication Drafts
• Travel and Logistics
• Support the extended leadership team
Cross-Departmental Coordinator• Primary Point of Contact
• Manage confidential files
• Assist in planning internal events/off-sites
People Well-Being• Communication with people on Staffing changes
• Bi-directional link between Architecture leadership and its people
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (e.g. Business Management, Tech, Comms, Finance)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
Nice to Have:
• Prior experience in an office environment, volunteer leadership, or project coordination role is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven editing and drafting abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
