Als Legal Werkstudent werk je nauw samen met onze legal counsels en HR-afdeling. Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties, zoals:

• Het opstellen en controleren van arbeidsovereenkomsten
• Juridische begeleiding bij ziekte en re-integratieprocessen
• Advies en ondersteuning bij zwangerschap en verlof
• Meedenken over ontslagprocedures en dossier opbouw
• Het beoordelen en opstellen van waarschuwingen en andere personeelsdocumenten

Je krijgt de kans om mee te denken, te schrijven en praktijkervaring op te doen met real-life casussen. Een mooie voorbereiding op jouw toekomst als jurist!

• Je bent ingeschreven als rechtenstudent (WO) aan een Nederlandse universiteit
• Je hebt aantoonbare interesse in het arbeidsrecht (bijvoorbeeld via vakken, stage of scriptie)
• Je bent minimaal 2 dagen per week beschikbaar
• Je bent nauwkeurig, professioneel en houdt van aanpakken
