Responsibilities:

• Review and detailed verification of all incoming goods and transport cost invoices from domestic and international sources for accuracy, tax compliance, and calculation correctness

• Handling complaints and resolving discrepancies in delivered goods in coordination with German- and English-speaking suppliers and logistics partners

• Close collaboration with Accounting, Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics departments

• Support during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Advanced MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is a plus

• Good written and spoken German and English are mandatory

• Availability for 20 hours per week
