THE TEAM AND ROLE

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Working Student/Intern Founders Associate (all genders) to support our operations, technology strategy and hiring in collaboration with our Co-Founders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic project work: You will plan and implement projects in close cooperation with the founders

Market and competition analyses: You will be conducting analyses of target markets, competitors, and products in order to derive strategic recommendations

Product Strategy: Analyze and categorize potential product partners, evaluate inbound partnership requests, and conduct deep dives into specific product benefits

Process optimization: You will contribute to the further development and professionalization of internal processes and system landscapes to increase efficiency

AI Operations & automation initiatives: Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI and automation into core business and operational processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Studying in business, physics, maths or anything connected at a top tier business school or in a similarly competitive environment

Experience regarding project management and/or operations, ideally in a startup, consulting firm or a similar dynamic environment

Structured way of working, organizational talent and very independent working style

Willingness to learn, adapt and execute quickly

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail

Strong skills in all common office programs

Excellent communication skills in German and English
