Our international Marketing team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated Working Student or Intern (m/f/x) focused on Email Marketing and CRM to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your Fairway:
• Email Campaigns: Assist in planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns that engage our customers and drive results.
• Content Optimization: Help draft, edit, and optimize email content for better performance, ensuring high standards of quality and brand alignment.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• CRM Support: Maintain and update our CRM database to ensure accurate customer information and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of subject lines, content, and designs to improve campaign outcomes.
• Market Research: Keep up with email marketing trends and best practices to suggest innovative ideas.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.

Your Scorecard:
• Enrolled in a university program, ideally in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Interest in golf and understanding of the sport's culture and community is a plus.
• Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and deriving insights.
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (experience with platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo is a plus).
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in problem-solving.
