Get a behind-the-scenes look at how a department runs in a structured, professional environment. You will have the chance to build practical skills while supporting everyday operations in a reliable role. 

• During your assignment, you will support the department assistant, and you will handle a variety of daily administrative and organizational tasks.  
• You will also be involved in onboarding new employees, ensuring they experience a smooth and well‑structured start.  
• In addition, you will contribute to the preparation of workshops and large meetings, where you will coordinate and manage key details.  
• Finally, you will work with Excel spreadsheets that you will create, maintain, and refine to enhance workflow efficiency. 

• Education: studies in the field of Business Administration or comparable 
• Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office 
• Personality and Working Practice: you are someone who brings an open‑minded attitude, works reliably, interacts with others in a friendly and supportive way, and feels comfortable working independently 
• Work Routine: for this position, your presence on-site is essential 
• Languages: very good in German and good in English 

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 12 months – 10 h/week 

Requirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
