YOUR TASKS

• Independently supervising the review of invoice proposals and ensuring that they are correct and complete
• Creating and sending our outgoing invoices to customers
• Regularly creating internal reports to provide important financial data for the team and management
• You manage communication and coordination with the Project Design Team and provide support with questions about invoicing
• You gain valuable insights into our forecast and budget planning and work closely with the team to support these processes

You have
THE FOLLOWING

• You love numbers and enjoy working with Excel or Google spreadsheets. Experience with MS Excel is an advantage, especially when dealing with formulas and data analysis
• You have a strong analytical and structured way of thinking that enables you to quickly understand complex issues and find precise solutions
• You approach tasks carefully and conscientiously and like to work independently without losing track of details
• Even if you like to work independently, you are a team player and communicate clearly and solution-oriented with other departments
• Ideally, you are enrolled in a business degree program, such as business administration, economics or finance.
