Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for support at our Karlsruhe location. If you have strong communication skills, work independently, are solution-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and are interested in the diverse aspects of recruiting, we look forward to your application!

Tasks

• Support the daily operational business in candidate management, including communication, appointment coordination, and documentation.

• Accompany the entire recruitment process for working student positions, including communication with specialist departments and conducting interviews.

• Participate in the organization and implementation of events in cooperation with universities and schools.

• Optimize and perform regular quality checks of job advertisements.

• Process travel expense reports.

• Actively support exciting HR projects.

Qualifications

You are an enrolled student in business administration, social sciences, humanities, or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on Human Resources. In any case, you are interested in the practical implementation of HR topics alongside the theory.

• You place great value on independent and structured work, reliability, and accuracy.

• Confident use of MS Office programs.

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

• Enjoying contact and professional communication with our internal and external customers is a matter of course for you.

• You are available for approximately 15-20 hours per week during the semester.
