Job Description
You will support our team in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of process automations and data-driven analyses. Your responsibilities will include:
• Contributing to the development and implementation of process automations (e.g. using Power Automate, Power BI) to increase the efficiency of internal workflows
• Supporting the preparation and analysis of data within subsidy programs, in particular the identification and documentation of activities
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of automated verification and compliance processes in accordance with internal and external guidelines
• Preparing data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders
• Supporting day-to-day operational and organizational tasks within program management
Your Profile
• Currently enrolled student in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• Confident in working with MS Office; experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style
• Interest in the intersection of technical processes, data analysis, and business topics
