This role is execution-focused with room to learn, contribute ideas, and gradually take ownership of defined communication formats and projects.
What you can expect:
• Support the creation and execution of editorial formats aligned with EcoG’s key topics, primarily for digital channels such as LinkedIn and the company website
• Assist in developing content across formats including social media posts, blog articles, website content, newsletters, and basic case studies
• Create simple visual and multimedia assets (e.g. graphics, short videos) using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite, in line with existing brand guidelines
• Conduct desk research on industry trends, innovations, and developments in e-mobility to support content planning
• Support interviews with internal stakeholders, partners, or industry experts for articles or other communication formats
• Assist in drafting and preparing press releases in collaboration with the Communications team
• Help monitor relevant market and media trends and map them to EcoG’s communication priorities
• Support the preparation and execution of internal and external company events
• Maintain and update website content using a CMS (e.g. HubSpot or similar), ensuring accuracy and consistency
About You:
• You are an enrolled Bachelor (from 4th semester onwards) or Master’s student in communications, marketing, business, political science, or a related field
• You are reliable, structured, and motivated to take responsibility for clearly defined tasks and projects
• You enjoy writing and have a good feeling for language, structure, and tone
• You have a creative mindset and enjoy turning ideas into tangible outputs
• You work in a structured way and can manage multiple tasks in parallel with appropriate guidance
• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken; German is a strong plus
• First experience with content management systems, design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe), or SEO is an advantage, but not a requirement
How You Like to Work
• You are curious, hands-on, and eager to learn in a real business environment
• You work in a structured and reliable way and follow through on tasks you take on
• You ask good questions, seek feedback, and are open to guidance and coaching
• You enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and improving things step by step
• You communicate clearly and are comfortable explaining your findings in simple terms
• You are proactive in flagging issues or inconsistencies in data
• You value teamwork and contribute positively to a collaborative atmosphere
Why us?:
• Fair compensation and a flexible 20-hour work week, with at least 10 hours on-site, adaptable to your lecture and exam schedule
• Hands-on exposure to communications work in a fast-growing, future-oriented e-mobility scale-up
• The opportunity to contribute to visible, real-world communication initiatives with impact
• A collaborative, supportive team environment with room to learn and develop
• Insights into corporate communications across internal, external, and strategic topics, and the chance to build a strong professional network
If you enjoy growing into more responsibility over time, this role offers the opportunity to gradually take on more complex analytical tasks.
