Working Student Exclusive Cooperations (m/f/d)

Our LAYBELS team creates ABOUT YOU’s exclusive Celebrity Collections and is fully responsible for building and scaling these brands – from the initial cooperation idea and product design to the marketing of the jointly developed brand and reporting. Alongside already successful brands such as LeGer by Lena Gercke, we collaborate with some of the world’s most renowned and successful artists and celebrities like Bella Hadid, Millie Bobby Brown, as well as Kevin Trapp, Lorena Rae, and Toni Garrn, and continuously expand our portfolio of successful Celebrity Collections.

To support our team, we are looking for an organized Working Student Exclusive Cooperations (m/f/d). In this role, you will support our project managers operationally in day-to-day business across various stages of collection and shooting planning.

At LAYBELS, you will work in one of the most fast-growing and dynamic areas of ABOUT YOU.

 

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation and follow-up of shootings, e.g. managing samples, unpacking and packing samples, steaming garments, as well as preparing and handling returns
• Maintenance and organization of the storage where our samples are kept
• Independent organization of workflows and support in the execution of collections
• Hands-on support in the preparation and execution of influencer / creator seedings
• Maintenance of data for seasonal content shootings and management of Google Sheets
• Handling, uploading, and maintaining content using ABOUT YOU’s internal CMS tool

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Media Studies, Fashion Management, or a related field
• High level of independence and strong organizational skills
• Affinity for international and national celebrities as well as current trends in fashion and e-commerce
• Interest in relevant social media channels
• Quick comprehension skills combined with a structured and independent working style
• Very good MS Office and/or Google Suite skills, especially Excel / Google Sheets
• Fluent German and English skills
