Working Student – Events Marketing (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Working Student – Events Marketing (20 hrs/week) to support event planning and execution across our EMEA marketing team. Based in Munich, you’ll play a key role supporting event logistics, vendor coordination, and operational tasks that help our team deliver exceptional events.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and being part of a fast-paced marketing environment.

Your Tasks:
Event Coordination & Logistics Support• Support event logistics and planning tasks across trade shows, webinars, and sponsored conferences
• Maintain event checklists and support run-of-show documentation
• Assist with registration workflows and attendee coordination tasks
• Support post-event administrative tasks such as lead list cleanup and recap documentation

Swag, Shipping & Materials• Coordinate swag inventory, packing, and shipping for events
• Track shipments and ensure materials arrive on time
• Support organizing printed materials, signage needs, and onsite preparation tasks

Operational & Admin Support• Support vendor research and assist with comparing quotes for event suppliers
• Assist with invoice tracking and internal documentation support
• Help maintain event calendar updates and project plan organization

Success in This Role Looks Like:• Event logistics tasks are handled accurately and proactively
• Swag and shipping coordination runs smoothly and reliably
• The events team feels supported and operational tasks stay organized
• Vendor research and documentation are delivered on time and with high quality

You Bring:
• Enrolled as a student at a university in Germany (required)
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with deadlines
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to help with operational tasks
• Strong communication skills in English 
• Interest in marketing, events, or project coordination
