About the role:

Join our Rx / Consumer Business team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. In this role, you will support commercial initiatives and help ensure that campaigns, content, and customer-facing touchpoints are executed smoothly and with high quality. You will work closely with teams such as Content, Design, and CRM, contribute to projects with visible customer impact, and gain valuable insight into how commercial operations work in practice within Europe’s leading e-pharmacy. This is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys structured work, cross-functional collaboration, and digital business topics.

 

About your tasks: 

• Support the coordination and tracking of commercial initiatives and campaigns, helping keep timelines, action items, and stakeholders aligned.
• Create and manage tickets, document requirements clearly, and maintain accurate system statuses to support smooth day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate content and asset inputs by collecting materials, managing versions, aligning approvals, and carrying out pre-launch quality checks.
• Maintain and further improve selected consumer-facing content areas, such as Online Magazines, with a focus on structure, clarity, and completeness.
• Conduct regular content checks and support light performance monitoring to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to a better customer journey.

 

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Business & Management, or a comparable field.
• You work in a structured and reliable way and are able to organize, prioritize, and document tasks clearly.
• You bring a hands-on and proactive mindset and enjoy taking ownership in day-to-day execution.
• You are confident in communicating with different stakeholders and enjoy working cross-functionally.
• You have solid knowledge of MS Office and common collaboration tools; first experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
• You are interested in e-commerce, conversion, and Rx B2C/B2B models, and ideally have first exposure to digital product or content workflows from brief to execution, QA, and go-live.
• You are fluent in German and English.
