Working Student – Data Entry (Temporary Project, 2 Weeks)

As a Data Entry Working Student, you’ll support the payroll team for two weeks on a data-entry project, working with a dynamic team and applying your skills in a fast-paced environment.

This is a great chance to get firsthand insight into how our international scale-up operates and contributes to public mobility.

What You'll Do:

• Work with and learn from Via’s EU payroll team

• Use a set of instructions for processing employees’ contributions with great attention to detail

• Work from the company’s brand new office, using equipment provided by the company

• Enjoy a lively and welcoming work environment

Who You Are:

• Native German speaker

• Remarkably organized - nothing falls through the cracks

• Reliable and independent - able to manage multiple tasks effectively while being a team player

• Strong attention to detail and able to follow instructions thoroughly

• Tech savvy

• Based in Berlin and able to work from our office in Mitte

• Salary range: €15 -17/ h base pay for a work week of 20 hours. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills
