Job Description
Your way to Scalefree:
Are you currently studying and looking to bridge the gap between theory and high-level IT consulting? We are looking for an ambitious Working Student to join our team. This isn’t just a "support" role—you will be an active part of our consulting landscape, helping us optimize internal systems and deliver cutting-edge automation for our clients.
Your mission:
As a Working Student, you will dive deep into the world of automation and data-driven decision-making across these key areas:
• Internal CRM Power-User (Salesforce): Your primary focus will be our internal environment. You will analyze, design, and implement automation within Salesforce to ensure our own team operates at peak efficiency.
• Business Process Excellence: You will help us capture and model complex business processes, identifying bottlenecks and finding ways to increase value for our clients.
• E2E Integration: You’ll learn how to integrate End-to-End processes across diverse system landscapes, ensuring data flows seamlessly from start to finish.
• AI Implementation: You won’t just talk about the future; you’ll help us apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts to develop smart, innovative solutions.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for students who are ready to take initiative and learn at a fast pace:
• Current Studies: You are enrolled in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field with an IT/Digital focus.
• Process Mindset: You can look at a workflow, question how it works, and document it clearly.
• Salesforce Ambition: You have a basic understanding of CRM systems. Prior experience with Salesforce (via Trailheads, internships, or personal interest) is a huge plus.
• Analytical Spirit: You love breaking down complex problems and are comfortable communicating your findings to the team.
• Availability: You are available to support us for 16–20 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods).
What awaits you with us:
• Real Responsibility: Your work on our internal Salesforce platform will directly impact how our company grows.
• Mentorship: Work alongside experienced managers and project leaders who are invested in your professional development.
• Path to Graduation: Our main goal is a longtime collaboration with successful working students
• Flexibility & Culture: Enjoy a warm team atmosphere, modern office perks, and a flexible schedule that respects your university commitments.
