Your mission:
At VÆRIDION, we are building the future of sustainable aviation. As part of our Commercial Team, you will work at the intersection of strategy, business development, sales and investor relations, directly supporting our Chief Business Officer.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in scaling a deep-tech startup and actively contribute to shaping how we position our company in the market.
Your Day-to-Day:
• You co-create and refineVÆRIDIONsexternal narrative: building compelling presentations, pitch decks, and commercial materials for partners, customers, and investors.
• You conduct structured research on markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes in the aviation anddeep-tech space.
• You support strategic initiatives led by the CBO,from partnership development to commercial strategy execution.
• You contribute to the development of business cases, go-to-market approaches, and commercial analyses.
• You work closely with cross-functional teams (growth,engineering, strategy, finance) to align commercial perspectives.
Your profile:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Confident in PowerPoint and able to create clear, compelling presentations.
• Solid Excel / data handling skills.
• Motivated to learn quickly and take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
