Your mission:
• You communicate with our customers in writing and by telephone
• You maintain data in our CRM system (Odoo)
• You handle the administration and onboarding of new customers in the procurement portals
• You process supplier questionnaires and keep our corresponding information database up-to-date
• You develop templates and translations
• You assist with process descriptions
• You also lend us a hand in the area of "Customer Trainings."
• For our annual Checkmk Conference, you help with ticket sales and provide support before, during, and after the conference
• You take on additional projects and tasks in collaboration with various colleagues and thereby support our Sales Team

Your profile:
• You are registered as a student (m/f/d) in a commercial course of study or in a course of study related to IT
• You like to help customers and colleagues and your communication skills are very good
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You speak and write German fluently and also have a good knowledge of English
• At best, you have already gained experience in a similar function
• You don't let a bit of chaos get you down and you keep a cool head when the house is on fire
