Your mission:
As a Working Student at Digital Loop, you will play a key role in directly supporting our CEO with pre-sales efforts, proof-of-concept requests, and ongoing technical projects. You will ensure that projects/ initiatives have a robust back-office setup and that key internal stakeholders are aligned.
This position offers hands-on experience at the intersection of business strategy, technical project management, and marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the CEO in planning, organizing, and monitoring key pre-sales efforts (e.g. offers, proof-of-concepts).
• Set up and maintain project structures in Jira, ensuring smooth workflows and clear task allocation and ownership.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Support and skill up on translating client marketing technology (MarTech) requirements into actionable technical tasks for development teams.
• Assist with project staffing, ensuring the right resources and expertise are assigned to each initiative.
• Take ownership of internal stakeholder management by identifying, informing, and engaging relevant internal technical experts to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Prepare summaries, progress reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders, clients, and leadership meetings.
Your profile:
• You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (preferably at least 2nd semester in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a structured approach to work.
• Experience or interest in project management and collaboration tools (especially Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (C2 German mandatory)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
