About the role:

Join the Redcare Pharmacy Category Management team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and forward-thinking e-commerce company! With flat hierarchies and a dynamic work environment, you’ll contribute meaningfully to the optimization of our product assortment and digital merchandising in the Italian online shop. 

 

We are looking for a Working Student Category Management (m/f/d) focused on the Italian market with strong Excel skills and an interest in e-commerce, data, and healthcare. This role is ideal for students in the final stages of their studies who want to actively support a growing team while building valuable experience in digital category management. 

About your tasks:

 

• Support the categorization and brand maintenance of new products in the online shop.

• Assist with the optimization of existing assortments and the identification of new assortment opportunities.

• Support category management projects and day-to-day operational tasks related to assortment, merchandising, and marketing activities.

• Provide administrative support to the Category Management team, including organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation in Confluence.

• Assist with product placement coordination for onsite campaigns and newsletters in close collaboration with the Category Manager Advertising team.

• Update and maintain reports to support the daily business of Category Managers.

• Conduct basic benchmark and competitor analyses to support the monitoring of market trends and developments.

• Collaborate closely with (Senior) Category Managers and team members, contributing to a strong and cooperative team environment.

 

About you:

 

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and will remain enrolled for at least one more year.

• You have ideally gained initial practical experience through working student roles, internships, or traineeships.

• You are interested in e-commerce and feel comfortable working in a digital environment.

• You are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• You speak Italian at native level and are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You bring a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
