Your Responsibilities:
To address the increasing level of operations at the BSBI Berlin campus, we are currently looking for a part-time Working Student to join our Team from March 2026.
Careers Service offers students and recent graduates a wide range of employability services which include training, coaching, group workshops, employer events as well as individual career guidance and advice sessions.
In this role you will:
• Act as a first point of inquiry for Careers Service effectively communicating its offer and access points to BSBI students and recent graduates
• Be an ambassador of JobTeaser to encourage a greater student engagement with the platform
• Work closely with the Careers Advisors to act as first-level review point for a CV, cover letter or online networking profile
• Assist in the preparation of career-related in-person and hybrid workshops
• Help create promotional material for students, graduates, members of staff as well as for partner and other external organisations
• Support with preparation and coordination of employer events at main campus in Berlin
• Closely collaborate with Campus Management, Marketing and Student Life teams as well as with other colleagues at BSBI
• Assist Careers Service Advisors in their day-to-day administrative tasks
• Support Student Engagement and Student Life during orientation sessions and at other events
Your profile:
• BA or MA-level student at BSBI
• C2 level of English
• Awareness of importance of key employability skills and understanding where/how these can be acquired or further developed
• Good intercultural communication skills
• Empathy and ability to offer impartial and professional guidance (training will be provided)
• Excellent organisation skills
• Readiness to learn and develop personally
• Punctuality and reliability
Why us?:
• Training for first-level career guidance provided by the Careers Team
• Flexible working hours with a total of 20 hours per week
• Paid at an hourly rate of €13.90
• Working from Careers Office in Alte Post campus or from elsewhere as required
• Six-month employment contract
• 15 days of paid annual leave in total
