About the Customer Success team:

Our team's main focus is to ensure new and existing customers achieve their goals and have a great experience with our products by providing them with guidance and ongoing support, from facilitating a smooth first implementation to fostering positive long-term relationships with them.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to customer engagement strategies by analyzing data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points, proactively addressing issues to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF

• Collect and analyze data from various dashboards and databases to create comprehensive reports.

• Identify trends and patterns in product performance & customer data.

• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve delivery operations.

• Assist in standardizing the report creation process for various stakeholders.

• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, BUT YOU CHECK THESE BOXES

• You are enrolled as a student in a university in Germany, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business or a related field.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Quicksight).

• Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.

• Previous projects involving data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to synthesize information from various sources to provide actionable recommendations.

• Proactive and resilient approach to communicating trends and observations to drive improvements and ensure customer success.

• Fluent in the English language, written and spoken.

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE

• You are familiar with Python.

• Understanding of APIs and data integration methods.

• Experience in a SaaS environment or with logistics/parcel delivery services.
