Working Student Business Analytics (m/w/d)

 Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

We are looking for a working student to actively support the team in our office in Frankfurt for 20 hours/week during the semester (during the semester break more hours possible).

Your tasks:
Focus: Supporting technical sales, business analytics & client-facing initiatives
• As part of the Business Analytics, Client Relations and Pre-Sales team, you will support our AI Development department in the preparation and follow-up of proposals, workshop materials, references, concept papers, and other key documents 
• You will analyze incoming requests for proposals, organize information in a structured manner, and create slides, boards, mock-ups, and documentation
• You will also support our product management team in marketing of our standardized offerings and will be involved in assessing and documenting business requirements
• You will also get the chance to create, conduct, and analyze customer and employee surveys
• Over the course of your work, you will take on increasing responsibility: you will accompany our managers and consultants in workshops, trainings, events, and other activities, take minutes, and present your own materials
• Furthermore, you will support the team with internal scheduling and other administrative tasks

Your profile:
• You are currently studying business administration, business informatics, data analytics or a comparable field and have successfully completed at least four semesters of your bachelor's degree
• You are interested in working as a business analyst and consultant and are passionate about data & AI
• You have a good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and are enthusiastic about tools such as ChatGPT, Dall-E 3 and MS Copilot
• You have basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and tools for creating mock-ups for applications and web applications, such as Figma and Lovable
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with BI tools (such as Tableau or PBI) and/or statistical programming (e.g. in Python, R or SQL)
• You are a team player, have an independent way of working and have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• In addition, you are characterized by your reliability as well as your thorough and structured way of working
