Your daily doing will involve:
• You advise clients on integrating snapAddy into their CRM systems and serve as the point of contact for adapting and extending interfaces.
• You plan custom integrations with our clients’ CRM systems and are responsible for the technical configuration (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Sales Cloud, etc.).
• You communicate with clients about tasks and processes within projects.
• You regularly coordinate with the Customer Success and Support teams and work closely with Product and Software Development.

Our technologies:
• Development in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Use and extension of our comprehensive integration library for CRM systems
• Tools: GitHub, Slack, HubSpot

Your profile:
• You are studying Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have basic experience with JavaScript.
• Ideally, you have some initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• You are friendly and communicative on the phone and via email.
• You have a high standard for quality and work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented.
• You have an open and friendly personality and enjoy collaborating with colleagues in a team.
