Your tasks:

In this role, you will actively contribute to creating measurable value and impact for our customers and the wider community. You will support global analytical exploitation, orchestration, and collaboration along the entire value chain—working closely with internal teams, partners, and customers.
A key part of your mission will be to strengthen customer success, ensuring that insights are not only generated but effectively translated into meaningful outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation across our ecosystem.

Requirements:• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business, Security Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
• Strong interest in security, business analytics, and their intersection.
• Interest or initial experience in customer success, customer support, or stakeholder management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• German language skills are highly desirable and strongly preferred for effective customer interaction.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
