Working Student Accounting (f/m/d/)

The Position

As a Working Student – Accounting, you will support our accounting operations, contribute to monthly processes, and help build scalable structures that support Hive’s continued growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Join our Finance team and work closely with accounting, controlling, and cross-functional stakeholders across Hive. You will support day-to-day accounting operations while gaining exposure to audits, reporting, and closing activities.

• Upload and manage bookkeeping of invoices, employee expenses, reimbursements, and card transactions in MOSS

• Support accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes

• Assist with monthly closing activities and financial reporting

• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and data

• Work with accounting and reporting tools, including MOSS and DATEV

• Collaborate closely with finance and non-finance teams across the organization

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Education: Is currently pursuing studies in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Experience: Has first exposure to accounting through studies, internships, or a working student role (a plus)

• Hard Skills: Is confident working with Microsoft Excel

• Mindset: Has strong analytical skills and an interest in complex accounting topics

• Soft Skills: Is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team

• Languages: Is fluent in English; German is an advantage
