As a Senior Manager – Change Management, you will lead and support large-scale change management engagements in various contexts, ranging from technology to business model implementation.

• Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements.
• Lead a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads
• Lead multiple complex change management engagements at a time covering topics that include but not limited to stakeholders mapping, project and change management governance, change impact assessment, adoption strategy and plans, communication and training plans.
• Facilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops and lead client teams
• Manage engagement economics, oversee high-quality work, and ensure delivery excellence
• Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
• Drive the creation of innovative products, accelerators, and methodologies that define the future of the workforce in the Agentic AI era

• Keep up to date on trends across the AI and change management landscape, sharing insights, and contributing to thought leadership
• Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network
What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
• Significant experience delivering organizational transformation and technology implementation services in multiple industries, in consulting or in-house roles
• Demonstrated experience in multiple Workforce Transformation areas, such as technology implementation (Workday, SAP, Salesforce, cybersecurity, etc.), Business Model Implementation and Impacts of AI on workforce
• Ability for storytelling and building executive presentations
• Strong track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results, while mentoring and developing future leaders
• Experience leading proposals and related presentations to lead sales efforts
• Experience managing multiple engagements and coaching different teams across various topics and domain
• Ability to create new sales opportunities from new and existing clients
• Strong client relationships driven by service excellence
• Creative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processes
• Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• A strong communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex concepts
• Prior experience in a Consulting environment is highly recommended
• The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

This newly created role reflects our commitment to growth and delivering distinctive value for our clients and stakeholders.
The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
