REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

Personal and Social:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Conscientious in ensuring defined metrics and KPIs are met.
- Ability to interact and coordinate with different teams within a financial institution.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail are advantageous.
- Ability to analyse problems and provide solutions to complex issues and challenges.

Professional and Technical:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working with Automic Automation or a similar job scheduling system as a workflow developer.
- Experience in designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4).
- Skilled in processing service requests related to job scheduling and automation.
- Ability to advise IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation.
- Good knowledge of technologies including Unix, Java, and Shell scripting.
- Solid understanding and experience in IT operations and their processes.
- Exposure to technical requirement analysis, planning, and coordination.
