This role is for an experienced Workday Integration professional who will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions while also contributing to Extend development and system enhancements. The position requires strong hands-on expertise and exposure to Workday upgrades and evolving platform capabilities.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, DT, and Workday Studio
• Build and maintain payroll interfaces and other inbound/outbound integrations
• Develop Workday Extend applications to support business-specific requirements
• Create and manage Workday Reports, calculated fields, and business processes to support integrations
• Use XSLT, Workday Docs, and BIRT for data transformation and reporting needs
• Support Workday version upgrades, testing, and post-upgrade validation activities
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy, performance, and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable integration solutions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience with 4–6 years of hands-on Workday Integration expertise
• 1–2 years of experience in Workday Extend development
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools, reporting, and business process frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, XSLT, Workday Docs, and BIRT
• Exposure to Workday version upgrades and release management activities
• Workday Integration certification required; Extend certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex environments
