Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1700000 - Rs 2700000 (ie INR 17 - 27 LPA)

Min Experience: 4 years

Location: Bengaluru, NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai

JobType: full-time

Requirements:
An active Workday HCM certification is required-

● At least 2 years of Workday implementation experience, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● A minimum of 1 year of Workday Implementation experience.

● Functional certification in Core HCM along with at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Learning, or Benefits.

● Ability to assist clients in resolving functional issues that demand deep expertise in Workday solutions.

● Proficient in analyzing business requirements and converting them into effective and efficient application configurations.

● Familiarity with custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and calculated fields.

● Understanding of Workday Security.

● Knowledge of various available data sources and their usage.

● Experience in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
