Workday Engineer (BIRT)

As a Workday Engineer specializing in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools), you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining reporting solutions using Workday's reporting tools. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and transform these requirements into effective and actionable reports.

Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing complex BIRT reports, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing existing reports for performance. You will also provide training and support to users to enhance their ability to leverage Workday's reporting capabilities.

This position requires a strong understanding of Workday's architecture, along with experience in creating custom reports that meet various departmental needs. You will ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards while continuously seeking to improve existing processes and reporting functionality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience with Workday reporting tools, including BIRT.

- Proficiency in building custom reports and dashboards in Workday.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.

- Experience with Workday HCM and Financials to understand data relationships.

- Familiarity with Workday security protocols and data governance policies.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
