Work Planner
***This role is based at Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC.

Responsibilities:
Develops and authors detailed technical procedures, Basis of Estimate (BOE) documents, and work packages in support of DOE and nuclear construction projects
Plans and coordinates civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and demolition packages using systems such as IWCP, ISMS, and SAP
Conducts constructability reviews of engineering drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs to ensure work packages align with design requirements
Performs independent technical and editorial reviews of procedures and documents for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
Coordinates across engineering, planning, procurement, and construction teams to resolve issues related to scope, materials, and documentation
Expectations:
Maintain compliance with project-specific and regulatory requirements (e.g., NQA-1, 10 CFR 851, ASME)
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure procedures and work packages are technically sound and safe
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and package development that supports project schedules
Participate in process improvement efforts related to work planning and technical writing
Maintain and update procedure tracking systems and ensure periodic review cycles are met
Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license
Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.
