Drive continuous improvement by compiling insights, feedback, and data to enhance processes, tools, and overall program delivery.

Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain meaningful relationships with employers, faculty, and internal partners to support a strong and collaborative WIL network. Engage employers to create and expand placement opportunities, while collaborating closely with academic teams to align WIL activities with program goals and student outcomes. Contribute to outreach strategies that strengthen industry connections and grow WIL participation. Coordinate and support events such as orientations, networking sessions, and employer engagement initiatives to foster connection and awareness.

Student Preparation & Career Development: Design and deliver career readiness programming that prepares students for success in their WIL experiences, including workshops on resume writing, interview skills, networking, and workplace success. Provide individualized coaching to support students in achieving their placement goals and navigating challenges. Develop and maintain relevant resources, support student participation in career-related events, and help them overcome barriers to success. Stay informed on labour market trends and employer expectations to ensure students are well-prepared to transition confidently into the workplace.
