This general application role is designed for aspirational talent, that we can plug into the many areas of internal business innovation that we have. From Software Engineering, Event Production, Customer success, Analytics, Data Science and Sales to name a few, there might a role and career path for you.

As part of this application, we want you to also include a 3 minute pitch video telling us about yourself and what makes you stand out.

What we like to see: :
• A strong academic background. A degree, Masters or PHD is ideal.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative. For example, a leadership role in a student society, leading a major project, or being an entrepreneur.
• A commitment to continuous learning. Show us how you actively develop new skills, whether through online courses, certifications, or personal projects.
• Proven collaboration examples. How do you work with diverse groups, such as on group projects, sports teams, or volunteer efforts.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities. Tell us about a time you faced a significant challenge and how you solved it.
• High achievements outside of education. We're particularly interested in candidates who have excelled in areas like:
Competitive sports: Representing your school, club, or country at a high level.
Creative pursuits: Winning awards for your art, music, or writing.
Volunteering or community work: Leading a successful charity drive or making a significant impact on a community project.
Entrepreneurial ventures: Successfully launching and running a small business or a non-profit.
