Job Description

Cross Border Talents is searching for a WordPress Webmaster for our client in Lisbon. Our client creates one of the world’s most cutting-edge and unique Cyber-Security software products. Currently in search of an experienced Software Developer to create and maintain a robust and reliable software suite. The successful candidate will also help in the delivery of critical products and offer excellent technical support. Key Responsibilities & Objectives Responsible for designing and building highly impactful WordPress sites Ability to add standard and custom products efficiently (images, content, options, motion graphics) Build responsive, optimized, standards-based, cross-browser compatible Optimize websites for speed and efficiency. Manage all website updates with new content, landing pages and templates Serve as subject matter expert on industry best practices, technology and trends Ensure that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design Work with marketing staff on style and approach for all projects Perform problem analysis to resolve system or application issues Perform SEO analytics and optimization HubSpot integration for Partner and customers portal

Requirements: Bachelor in Computer Science or similar field Authorized to work in Portugal in the time of the application Fluent English Experience 3+ years of WordPress experience Deep understanding of best practices in responsive design for mobile optimization Strong sense of site navigation, user interfaces, design, typography and branding Strong knowledge of UI/UX web standards and best practices Experience installing/configuring/troubleshooting various WordPress plugin and themes HubSpot API Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques Ability to self-manage, set priorities and work without constant supervision Multitasker with solid project management abilities Strong communication skills
