We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to build, optimize, and scale high-performing websites. This role blends strong WordPress development expertise with deep SEO knowledge, ensuring our digital presence is fast, secure, user-friendly, and search-engine optimized.

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Build responsive, mobile-first websites with a strong focus on UX/UI.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues efficiently.
• Manage website updates, backups, migrations, and hosting environments.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms, and marketing platforms.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, URLs, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to optimize blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Track and analyze website performance and SEO metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and WordPress updates.
• Recommend and implement best practices for long-term organic growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a WordPress Developer and/or SEO Specialist.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with custom themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization, caching, CDN, and security.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site architecture.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
