And we’re looking for a WordPress Developer - Full Time (MID) to start immediately

Client's Industry: Healthcare / Mental Health / Psychiatry
Client location: Sydney, Australia (also moves between Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sydney)
Assistant Schedule: 9AM - 6PM AEDT

Goal:
1. Build professional website with self-booking capabilities and resource content
2. Establish strong online presence through social media and digital marketing
3. Market services to GP practices and high net worth demographic in Sydney eastern suburbs
4. Create comprehensive digital marketing strategy including SEO optimization
5. Develop print materials for GP practice outreach

Key Specific Tasks VA will do: Web Developer:
1) Build professional website with booking integration (Halaxy platform)
2) Create front-end and back-end functionality with user experience optimization
3) Enable self-booking system for patients
4) Set up blog/resource section for mental health content
5) Ensure HIPAA compliance and Australian medical advertising regulations
6) Test and QA website functionality
7) Design scalable website that can grow with practice expansion

Software Tools and Websites Required:
1) Halaxy (medical records management and booking platform)
2) WordPress or similar CMS (for website backend)
3) Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
4) SEO tools
5) Graphic design software
6) Analytics tools for performance tracking
7) Email marketing platforms

VA English Communications:
Reading/Comprehension: High/Expert level | Quick Justification: Must understand Australian medical advertising regulations, HIPAA compliance, and communicate with high net worth clientele. Need to comprehend complex medical/psychiatric terminology and marketing strategies.
Written: High/Expert level | Quick Justification: Will be creating content for social media, blog posts, website copy, and materials for GP practices. Must communicate professionally with high net worth demographic and medical professionals. Client emphasized need for "nuanced understanding and level of communication skills."
Speak: High level, neutral/professional accent preferred | Quick Justification: May need to communicate with client regularly about strategy and updates. Professional communication essential for representing a medical practice targeting affluent clientele.

Technical Requirements:

Salary Range: PHP75,000 - PHP85,000
