Working closely with both the Shop Foreman and Assembly Foreman, this is a hands-on, cross-functional role that supports multiple zones of production. What You’ll Do:
CNC Part Production

Interpret work orders and cut lists to optimize material usage and precision

Support the Shop Foreman in meeting internal deadlines and adapting to dynamic schedules
Cabinetry Assembly
Assemble custom cabinetry components with clean lines, accurate alignment, and uncompromising quality
Inspect assemblies for fit, finish, and readiness prior to staging and delivery
Support the Assembly Foreman to meet internal deadlines and production goals
Custom Fabrication
Operate specialty woodworking tools to fabricate custom components from sheet goods and solid wood that cannot be produced via CNC
Use specialty tools confidently and safely while maintaining Vonmod-level finish expectations
Materials & Delivery Support
Assist with receiving, inventorying, staging, and loading raw materials and finished goods
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop and warehouse
Occasionally support local vendor runs or jobsite logistics when needed

Have hands-on experience in cabinetry, millwork, or fine woodworking
Are comfortable operating woodworking machinery and specialty tools
Can read and follow technical drawings and work orders with precision
Understand how to pace your work within a larger team workflow
Aspire to grow into a lead or technical specialist role over time
What Success Looks Like:
Work orders completed on time and to specification
Parts and assemblies consistently passing internal quality checks
Strong support of Shop and Assembly Foremen
Smooth integration across all production zones (CNC, Assembly, Custom Fab, Materials, Staging, Delivery)
Effective collaboration with Studio and Install teams
Work Environment:
