Women's Health Physiotherapist
Help athletes Dream Big and have Experiences Not Felt Possible. Lead the next evolution of Women’s Health at PEAK.
📍 Locations: Hawthorne & New Farm | Full-Time or Part-Time
At PEAK Sports & Spine Centre, we exist to help athletes Dream Big and achieve Experiences They Never Felt Possible. We're not just a clinic—we're a tribe of like-minded Coaches (practitioners) and All Stars (receptionists) committed to delivering standout athlete journeys through clinical excellence, authentic relationships and a bold team culture.
As part of our next strategic phase, we’re expanding our Women’s Health service and we’re looking for a passionate Women’s Health Physiotherapist to help lead the charge.
Whether you're an experienced Women’s Health clinician or a senior musculoskeletal physio looking to transition into a mixed caseload that includes pelvic health, this role is an opportunity to shape something bigger than just a job.
The Opportunity
Our existing Women’s Health service is thriving, with a growing list of athletes seeking care across pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic health, and return to performance. We’ve simply outgrown our current capacity - and need another exceptional physio to meet demand and grow with us.
You’ll be a core part of our Women’s Health service, which includes:
Growing our antenatal/postnatal services
Launching life-stage specific offerings (e.g. menopause exercise-based classes, return to strength post-partum)
Facilitating Women’s Strength & Movement classes
Leading education and community events
Our Culture
We employ on a Vision, Will, and Skills basis. This means we hire based on alignment with our values first and foremost - we can teach the rest. We’re looking for coaches who are:
Passionate about their own and others’ health and wellbeing
Curious and committed to lifelong learning
Comfortable having courageous conversations
Systems-level thinkers who understand how sustainable growth works
We refer to all our Allied Health professionals as Coaches and to our patients as Athletes — not because of their physical ability, but because of their mindset. High Performing PEAK Coaches understand they are here to inspire through action and help athletes achieve what they never thought possible.
Multidisciplinary Athlete-Centered Care
At PEAK, you’ll work alongside a tight-knit multidisciplinary tribe - including Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, and Remedial Massage Therapists - all under one roof. We collaborate daily to ensure our athletes receive the right care, at the right time, by the right coach.
From pelvic health to performance rehab, we take a tribe-based approach to helping women move with confidence at every stage of life.
You'll also have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including:
A fully equipped rehab gym
Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill
Force plates and VALD Dynamometers
Zebris gait analysis treadmill with pressure-mapping
What You’ll Get
Defined career pathway with mentoring and leadership opportunities
Exposure to diverse caseloads, including MSK, WH, and athletic populations
Access to mentorship across disciplines, including pelvic health, return to sport, strength & conditioning.
1:1 coaching, in-house CPD, and an external PD budget
A committed, collaborative culture (we don’t just say tribe, we live it)
The freedom to create and lead new services with business support
Access to our "Experiences" Brand - where we take Athletes on Experiences Not Felt Possible like our annual Mountain Bike trip to Nepal.
About You
Minimum 2+ years experience in private practice
Interest or postgrad training in pelvic health or women’s health physiotherapy
Strong clinical reasoning, initiative, and passion for athlete-centred care
Excited by growth, innovation, and leadership
You want to contribute to more than a treatment room—you want to build a service, a story, and a legacy
Compensation:
$115K - $130K + Bonus Structure
PD Allowance
Tiered Pricing - ability to earn more through charging more for your time
