For our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for Housing Inspector on a full-time basis.

Hauptaufgaben

Inspiziert Einheiten nach Abschluss von Reparaturen, um die Einhaltung der Vorschriften sicherzustellen.

Führt Inspektionen von Immobilien durch, um sicherzustellen, dass sie allen Vorschriften entsprechen.

Erstellt Berichte über durchgeführte Inspektionen und aktualisiert das Computersystem mit Informationen.

Leitet entsprechende Anfragen an andere zuständige Beamte weiter.

Responsibilities

Inspects units after completion of repairs to ensure compliance.

Conducts inspections on properties to ensure that they are compliant with all regulations.

Prepares reports of inspections performed and updates computer system with information.

Makes appropriate referrals to other concerned officials.
