• Assist the labor union chairman to perform the following duties:
• Represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees: (1) As the chief representative, organize equal consultations with the enterprise, sign collective contracts, and supervise their implementation; (2) Legally organize supervision over employees' working conditions, labor safety, occupational health, and protection of female employees; (3) Mediate labor disputes.
• Organize and guide employees to participate in democratic management of the enterprise: Organize employees to participate in the enterprise's production and operation decisions, management, and supervision, ensuring employees' rights to know, participate, express, and supervise. (1) Promote the establishment and improvement of the employee representative assembly system. (2) Promote the establishment of a regular communication meeting system with company management and skip-level communication with employees.
• Promote enterprise development and build harmonious labor relations: (1) Organize employee labor competitions, rationalization proposals, and other activities to contribute to enterprise development. (2) Coordinate labor relations, mediate conflicts, and promote win-win cooperation between the enterprise and employees.
• Promote enterprise culture construction: (1) Organize various forms of employee activities to improve employees' comprehensive quality, enrich their spiritual and cultural life, and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise. (2) Cross-cultural communication to promote Sino-foreign cultural exchange.
• Self-construction of the labor union: Responsible for the daily management and operation of the labor union organization, including the management of labor union funds, the cultivation of labor union cadres, and team building.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior labor union.
• 协助工会主席履行以下职责
• 代表和维护职工合法权益:(1)作为首席代表组织与企业进行平等协商,签订集体合同并监督其履行;(2)依法组织对员工的工作条件、劳动安全、职业健康和女职工保护的监督;(3)劳动争议调解。
• 组织和引导职工参与企业民主管理:组织职工参与企业的生产经营决策、管理和监督,保障职工的知情权、参与权、表达权和监督权。(1)推动建立和完善职工代表大会制度。(2)推动建立定期与公司管理层、与员工跨级别沟通会议制度。
• 促进企业发展和构建和谐劳动关系:(1)组织职工劳动竞赛、合理化建议等活动,为企业发展贡献力量。(2)协调劳资关系,调处矛盾,促进企业与职工的合作共赢。
• 促进企业文化建设:(1)组织开展多种形式的职工活动,提高职工的综合素质,丰富职工的精神文化生活,增强企业的凝聚力。(2)促进中外文化交流。跨文化沟通,让外方了解中国工会的理念与性质。
• 工会自身建设:负责工会组织的日常管理和运作,包括工会经费的管理、工会干部的培养和队伍建设。
• 完成上级工会布置的其他工作。
Bachelor or above in labor relations, law, HR, sociology, psychology, language or business administration.
Demonstrated experience in union leadership roles
Experience in advocacy, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Leadership: strong ability to inspire, motivate, and unite member.
Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation: expert negotiation and bargaining skills
