WMS Optimisation Lead (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM:
As the WMS Optimisation Lead, you will be the go-to expert for managing and improving our Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our Polish e-commerce fulfilment centre. As part of a premium German furniture brand, you will ensure system reliability, seamless data flow, and operational excellence across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. You will work closely with warehouse operations, IT, and our German headquarters to enhance warehouse efficiency, support system upgrades, and enable data-driven decision-making. This position is unlimited and based in Robakowo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the WMS to ensure smooth daily operations and data accuracy
• manage user access, roles, and permissions while maintaining system integrity and compliance
• align WMS workflows with inbound, outbound, and inventory processes to optimise efficiency
• generate reports, analyse data, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
• liaise between warehouse operations, IT, and headquarters to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• support system upgrades, integrations, and staff training on WMS functionalities and best practices

YOU COME WITH:
• 3+ years of experience in WMS administration or logistics IT support
• a solid understanding of warehouse operations and e-commerce fulfilment processes
• hands-on experience with WMS platforms
• familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software integrations
• fluency in Polish and a minimum of B2 level English proficiency
• strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
