שכר: 42 ₪ לשעה + בונוסים של עד 8 ₪ לשעה (בהתאם לעמידה ביעדים)
היקף משרה: מלאה – 5–6 משמרות בשבוע, כולל סופ״ש לפי צורך
שעות עבודה: בוקר / ערב בהתאם לצורכי החנות

תיאור התפקיד

אחריות על ניהול ותפעול שוטף של החנות במהלך המשמרת – הובלת הצוות לעמידה ביעדים, ניהול ליקוטים והזמנות, טיפול בחוסרים ותקלות בזמן אמת, ושמירה על סדר, ניקיון ונהלי עבודה

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

ניהול צוות משמרת (מלקטים, מחסנאים, קופאים)

חלוקת משימות ותעדוף פעילות שוטפת

ניהול ובקרת מלאי בזמן אמת

קבלת סחורה ובדיקת איכות

שמירה על סדר, ניקיון ועמידה בנהלי בטיחות מזון

עבודה שוטפת מול מנהל/ת החנות ודיווח על נושאים תפעוליים

ניסיון קודם בניהול משמרת – חובה עם עדיפות לקמעונאות / לוגיסטיקה / מזון
