As Engineering Manager, you will manage all engineers in the Wireless department. Together with your team, you will ensure that the services and/or products Securitas offers its customers are designed, built and operated in a professional manner to guarantee the service level agreements agreed with the customer.

You will focus on managing solutions in the field of electronic security and critical communications.

You will provide technical advice and daily support to members of your team.

Engineers can perform engineering tasks independently. They receive assignments from the PM or Service Desk. This means you will need to communicate constantly with the various internal departments.

As the backbone of the Wireless department, you are constantly looking for new solutions and improvements to our services.

Together with your team, you ensure that customers always receive the best possible service, taking their needs into account.

You will make an important contribution to Securitas' image in the field of technology.

As Engineering Manager, you will manage engineers in the north and south of the country. In addition, you can count on an excellent salary and associated fringe benefits, commensurate with your abilities.

• You have at least 3 years of successful work experience in the Wireless (Radio and Radio Frequency) sector as an Engineering Manager (Must).
• You have an affinity for team management and a good knowledge of technology.
• You are proactive with strong analytical skills, you are able to identify your engineers' problems and you look for solutions.
• You are a leader through and through.
• Your conceptual thinking skills and dynamic attitude make the difference.
• You are a good communicator, both internally and externally, and you are pragmatic.
• You are honest, a team player and able to work independently.
• You have a very good verbal and written command of Dutch and French.
