Endpoint Developer - Windows | Remote

We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Developer - Windows to contribute to achieving this goal.

About the Role

As a PE/Principal Engineer on our Agent Client team, you will be responsible for developing the endpoint Windows software that addresses real-world security challenges faced by IT professionals.

We create the internal tools used by the security services team to ensure our customers remain protected and well-informed. This is a journey-level position intended for a fully qualified and experienced professional.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

· Mentoring new and junior team members.

· Integrating software components into a complete, functional software system; documenting and maintaining its functionality.

· Executing both assigned tasks and self-initiated work while seeking and accepting guidance.

· Gaining a thorough understanding of the product and how Security Services delivers its solutions.

· Possessing complete knowledge and full comprehension of your specialization, including principles and practices within your professional discipline.

· Analyzing unusual situations and applying advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes.

· Resolving and evaluating a wide variety of issues creatively and proposing alternative approaches as needed.

· Tackling problems of diverse scope that require assessing identifiable factors and devising solutions based on limited information and precedents by adapting existing methods.

· Applying evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to choose the appropriate course of action; work is performed independently and reviewed at critical stages.

We promote a culture of knowledge sharing, allowing every team to present their work to the entire department during our monthly R&D Demos.

Annually, we organize a department-wide Hackathon where all R&D teams collaborate across four days to create innovative ideas beyond the usual project scope.

While innovation is the primary focus, some of these initiatives are integrated into our products.

About You

You are an experienced software developer with at least 3+ years of experience, capable of delivering solutions with minimal or no supervision.

You work confidently and independently on larger, impactful features, possessing comprehensive knowledge of software development best practices, and strong skills in writing and debugging code.

You handle complex programming tasks and implement software systems effortlessly.

Highly collaborative, you also mentor junior developers.

You have experience working closely within a global team, composed of professionals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, forming a unified team with a clear sense of purpose.

You embrace learning and teaching simultaneously, fostering a collaborative environment where the collective output exceeds the sum of individual contributions.
